General Details:
- 1/2 the total balance due as a
non-refundable deposit in advance in order to secure the
date on our calendar.
- Deposit is due at the signing of the
contract with a maximum grace period of 7 days.
- Any change of the date results in a
forfeit of the deposit and requires a new deposit be sent
immediately.
- Final balance due and payable in
person and on location 1/2 hour prior to the performance.
- Payments not made as specified carry
an automatic $50 late fee.
- 10x10 bandstand area clear from foot
traffic, with power, cover from sun and rain, flat solid
and level ground, with sufficient lighting and protection
from wind, cold, or heat.
- We do not provide a P.A. system for
announcements or large venues.
- We do not provide background music.
- We do not allow guest performers.
